Mutual Mobile is an established and leading digital technology firm who is looking for a top rate Director of Sales to build, manage and continuously train their sales team to sell bespoke technology services to Fortune 500 companies through Silicon Valley Startups.
As the Director of Sales you will be responsible for growing a best in class sales organization that, on its own, exceeds expectations when it comes to the behaviors needed to find, close and expand new clients.
Have prior experience in managing a sales organization in an IT services business.
Have managed teams that sold more than $50M+ in annual revenue.
Grown revenue at more than 25% YoY.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience and proven track record over achieving multi-million dollar sales targets in the consulting, systems integration and/or outsourcing segment selling solutions into at least 1 of the following verticals: Communications, Media, Healthcare, Technology and/or Aerospace.
Minimum 5 years of building a network and relationships at the C- Suite level.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and currently networked into the relevant business communities.
Prior success selling Customer software development solutions to Fortune 500 and Inc 5000 companies in a highly competitive market with a long sales cycle.
Excel at building teams through effective recruiting, coaching and motivation to help the team overachieve.
Love building strong relationships with the team and customers.
Excellent at holding people accountable without hurting moral. Must be passionate about technology and continuously reads to learn and keep oneself abreast.
Have a strong understanding of the sales regions in the USA and Europe.
Have a strong understanding of the verticals in the IT Services industry.
Enjoy reading the business cases of successful technology and services companies and learns to adapt from the best.
Traveling for business about 20% of the time.
