Director of Sales Gerstco Division
The Director of Sales Gerstco Division will be responsible for growing the major markets of ArtiFlex business using existing partnerships, evaluating and growing new prospects, and executing partner acquisition strategies with organizations. Strategic entry and meeting overall sales goals of new and existing customers; building customer networks; and leading the ArtiFlex team to further growth will determine long-term success.
The Director of Sales will:
Source and develop new business, aftermarket business and offloads accounts.
Develop relationships with key customers that support ArtiFlex's growth plan as related to the Gerstco Division.
Lead strategic sales growth initiatives, driving increased revenue while meeting company objectives.
Develop, recommend and initiate sales plan for sales to meet company objectives, including revenue and profitability requirements.
Develop sales growth strategies for Gerstco Sales team.
Perform contract review prior to accepting new work orders.
Work closely with Gerstco leadership team to determine viability of new work, including capacity, type/fit, profitability and other considerations.
Review and approve customer contracts, including terms and conditions.
Close sales by overcoming and finding solutions to customer objections.
Have the ability to travel to hold face-to-face meetings with customers.

10+ years' experience in automation, metal stamping, and/or tool & die sales, aftermarket sales, program management, engineering or other related roles.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven sales track record and teamwork
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Business development, engineering and project management experience.
Proven leadership skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
