Growing IT staffing/Managed services firm in Des Moines, IA. Looking for a VDirector of Sales to grow new and existing business and lead a team to take the company to greater heights.
Roles and responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include
Identify market opportunities, build a business development plan and execute
Building and managing sales team and work with existing customers/potential clients to build successful relationships.
Acquire new direct clients, add company to vendor lists and engage with them through direct contracts, contract to hire and permanent positions Reasons to join us:

Requirements Extensive IT Staffing industry experience.
Proven experience in creating millions in new revenues for companies by establishing agreements with C-Suite executives/companies around North America with annual revenues ranging between $10MM - $10+B/yr.
Experience in developing new business with direct clients across the nation.
Experience is analyzing current software and digital trends relating to the technology industry.
Should have ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end.
Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry
Highly motivated and driven. Possess strong leadership skills and drive initiatives. Should be Self starter and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to Work Independently and Multi task in a Fast Paced Environment.
Have a track record of success in providing positive communication, proper account/client relationship management and be in constant relentless pursuit of new and repeat business.
