Responsibilities

As our new Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for our inpatient and the outpatient programs which included Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy while coordinating day to day operations in these areas of discipline and ensuring patient care was within the practice standards. The Director would also work very closely with the nursing team to manage the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAININGGraduate from an approved school of

• Physical Therapy OR
• Occupational Therapy OR
• Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelor's in speech therapy required; however, MS degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience. Licensed by the state of Missouri BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
