Under the direction of the Executive Director, serve as an educational leader, and assist and supervise Personalized Learning Teacher (PLTs), High School Counselors, Subject Expert Teachers (SETs), Resource Centers, and the Mentoring Program so they may work successfully with parents to ensure high student expectations. Monitor students' educational progress; train and motivate teachers; maintain relations with parents, current students, and the community; and other duties as requested by the Executive Director.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Possess a current, clear Multiple or Single Subject, California Teaching credential, as required by the State of California and ESSA requirements • Possess a clear California Administrative Services Credential (or willingness/ability to acquire) • Master's Degree in Educational Administration or the equivalent is preferred • Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance • Clear TB Test or TB Test Questionnaire • Clear Criminal Justice Fingerprint • Three Years of experience as a Gorman Learning Charter Network Personalized Learning Teacher or equivalent experience
