The successful candidate for this position will assist in development, deployment, and monitoring of recruitment and retention efforts at our nursing homes located in Illinois and Iowa.
Oversee recruitment and retention activities at assigned locations provide onsite support as needed
Source potential candidates for employment using a variety of marketing approaches
Supervise and support regional medical recruiters assigned to your area
Audit recruitment and retention processes at assigned locations
3+ years' experience as a human resource professional/manager in the long-term care industry
Degree in human resources preferred, but will seriously consider candidates with successful recruitment and retention experience in the long-term care industry
Excellent oral and written and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to perform overnight travel
