Konica Minolta is looking for a Director Real Estate to join the team on a full time basis in the Ramsey New Jersey office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's real estate strategy to align with business objectives.

  • Manage the corporate real estate portfolio, including property acquisitions, lease negotiations, and dispositions, ensuring optimal utilization of space and cost efficiency across different geographies.

  • Lead real estate negotiations, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real estate projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee budgeting and financial analysis related to real estate investments and operations.

Maintain relationships with external partners, brokers, and vendors to support real estate initiatives.

  • Develop and implement the global corporate real estate strategy aligned with our overall goals and objectives, considering regional market dynamics and business needs.

  • Oversee lease negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization in various jurisdictions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align corporate real estate strategies with business needs and objectives.

  • Lead workplace strategy initiatives to optimize the utilization and efficiency of office spaces across different regions, promoting collaboration, employee well-being, and a consistent employee experience.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the corporate real estate team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development opportunities.

  • Ability to manage a team of Real Estate professionals

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally

  • Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.

  • A passionate self-starter, ready to take the customer experience to the next level.

Qualifications

Ability to Travel up to 25%

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and portfolio management.

  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM) are a plus.
