The Director of Quality is responsible for ensuring Quality excellence across each of Jabil's Manufacturing facilities. The Director is defined as the 'architect' of Jabil's business processes and systems, which is designed to deliver superior performance and operational efficiency. Lead Quality M&A initiatives and coordinate closely with Division & cross functional colleagues on diligence and integration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support Jabil's operating model by providing strong business partnership to division leaders.
Actively contribute as the Quality expert with leadership teams providing guidance and solution support related to Quality & Regulatory considerations.
Effectively oversees program/project work for Quality integration from design to completion..
Responsible for understanding the deal structure as it pertains to the healthcare business
Translate business development and/or BU requirements into detailed project plans and partner with various functional groups in implementing
Synthesize and present Quality Functional due diligence reports and recommendations. Identify and quantify major areas of risk and opportunities.
Drive the change and implementation of Quality Systems.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management preferred
With 8 years Manufacturing experience including 2 years in management including 5 years leading people
Deep knowledge of FDA / ISO medical device requiremets
Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
