The Director of Provider will need to understand/SME and educate Providers in the following areas:

    • ICD-10 Coding Guidelines
    • AHA Coding Guidelines
    • CMS Risk Adjustment Model (2008 Risk Adjustment Data Technical Assistance For Medicare Advantage Organizations Participant Guide)
    • CMS Alternative Payment Models
  • Maintain monthly reporting for Inappropriate Rejects for individual provider practices
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Chief Medical Officer to identify providers in need of education.
  • Prepare materials for and be able to conduct provider education meetings, educational emails, etc.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with client provider relations department.
  • Organize and interpret data collected from QI for Inappropriate Rejects
  • Build and manage a Provider Education Team based on company growth and need.


  • Must be a PA or NP with extensive clinical experience
  • CRC Certified current
  • Knowledge of Vatica Application & Quality Improvement
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
