Director Of Project Development

Some things you can expect to do:

• Support the Directors of Development and VPs of Development by participating in the coordination of and execution of various supporting assignments on multiple projects.

• Perform market research.

• Organize project information, including project meetings.

• Facilitate project team communication.

• Prepare deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams.

• Assist in site evaluation and acquisition and with LOI/Lease negotiations.

• Assist in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects.

• Support the entitlement process.

• Draft and create development proposals.

• Create and manage simple to complex development pro formas.

To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is required. You must have 2-4 years of related experience.
