JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Program Development is responsible for assisting the VP of Program Development and Procurement in developing, implementing, monitoring, and managing all aspects of PACE Centers' initial and expansion development, from site construction/design through center start-up, as well as overseeing contracted provider networks to ensure compliance and delivery of high-quality services to support the organization's growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management with Construction

• Oversee ongoing Facility Maintenance

• Purchasing Platform

• National Provider & Center Operational Contracts

• Ongoing Center Operational Contracts

• Assist with Fleet Management

Requirements

• High school graduate required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Computer literacy required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Project Management in construction

• Minimum of 1 year experience with managing contracts

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.

• Desire to work in a health care environment with a frail elderly population and their families.

• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check that may include, but is not limited to, federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference check, and drug screen.

• Employees must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
