This position is responsible leading the daily production operations for the Simulation Center of Excellence in order to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering enterprise-wide solutions aligned to simulation product strategy. This position will also be responsible for managing and leading key, multi-million-dollar strategic initiatives, ensuring team alignment and execution by working cross-functionally across the organization, as well as with key outside strategic partners and stakeholders by defining initiative objectives, establishing communication plans, motivating internal production teams, managing risk, and providing delivery metrics to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess insightful analytical and leadership skills, and assertiveness to guide and influence teams and partner relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Drive production operations to achieve organizational objectives in alignment with business and simulation product strategy through effective project leadership, prioritization and simulation execution.
Drive simulation production and delivery, including overseeing scope of project and special multi-million-dollar initiatives, and simulation product release schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
Lead, manage and develop a team of client-facing senior project managers, internal production project managers, and QA resources while holding team accountable for commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, and leveraging organizational resources to improve productivity and capacity for project work
Monitor department budgets against financial goals and metrics and proactively project risk and impact of changes in production or scope
Represent the business with outside stakeholders for multi-million-dollar special initiatives, including coordinating strategic partners, building and managing credible and effective client relationships, and leading vendor communication
Collaborate with, support, and motivate cross-functional product, content development, and platform development teams to build, execute and release projects, and resolve schedule and other interdependency challenges
Design simulation-driven measurement systems for automated reporting and continuous product improvement

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Required at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including people management
Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, preferably through product development
Experience working in a software development environment; with content delivery components
Experience in Program / Project Management
Experience with JIRA, or equivalent product management tool
Experience in an education or healthcare-related field a plus
