The Product Director will lead cross-functional and product teams in the pursuit of building great products for our clients. You will need a solid background in product development best practices and team leadership as well as proven ability in the art of building strategic client relationships. You will work across functions, and with our clients to consult on building sound technology platforms and applications that contribute to workforce transformation. You will need to embrace new challenges and cast a strategic vision for our clients ever-changing needs.

Bonus Qualifications

  • ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or comparable agile methodology certification or experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
  • Other leadership experience with technical teams

Must Have:

  • Product management expertise in a technology-focused market, ideally in software and mobile
  • Experience in digital strategy and development
  • Strong experience using agile methodologies/scrum, best practices and critical tools. Experience leading, teaching and mentoring in agile a plus
  • Demonstrated capabilities in being tech-, business- and ux-savvy
  • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams that are cross-functional, and working on multi-faceted projects for extended times

They will direct and work with the Product Leads on managing the game in a live environment and on creating the mechanics and features that will improve the game's performance according to the defined strategy. The Product Team reporting to him is responsible for: * Execute a product management roadmap against the defined strategy. * Continuously assess the game's performance and find opportunities for improvements and optimizations * Projecting revenue impact through data and statistical methods. * Conducting A/B tests to isolate the impact of individual features / changes and evaluate the results of these tests. * Develop, train, and support the entire product team along with the Analytics department to provide a complete analysis of each element of our social/mobile products to drive revenue and meet the product goals. Essential Job Functions: * Supervise the Product Managers across studio titles. * Create statistical models to predict the revenue and population impacts of in-game mechanics * Ensure that each Product Manager is meeting the goals and budget numbers established by the Social management and stakeholders. * Provide Creative input and Design comprehensive testing strategies for features that will be tested in-game across multiple products * Review an archived list of past features and iterations, including projections and actual values to keep team members accountable * Review weekly KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product. * Keep up-to-date on notable social/mobile/casino competitors. * Assist Lead Product Mangers with the P&L responsibilities of each individual product across all platforms * Ultimately responsible for total revenue forecast estimates for each individual product across all platforms on a quarterly and yearly basis. Position Requirements Qualifications: Education: MBA or equivalent experience Required Experience: * 7+ Years experience * Experience in Gaming, Social/Mobile, Casino required.
