About the role:

As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in the redesign of theOUAI.com, optimizing our online platform to enhance user experience, drive sales, and improve conversions. Your responsibilities include leading the UI/UX testing roadmap, overseeing UI/UX design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric digital experience. This role will be reporting to the Sr Director, DTC. Additionally, you will implement analytics and reporting mechanisms to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of DTC to establish a comprehensive roadmap for the redesign.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with internal partners to identify key features and pain points of the current site.
  • Lead the search and management of the external design agency.
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and peers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX testing strategy to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the UI/UX designer, ensuring design elements align with brand aesthetics and user preferences.
  • Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations to achieve an intuitive and visually appealing website.
  • Partner with Development, Customer Experience (CX), and E-commerce teams to align product strategies with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance sales, usability, and conversion optimization through seamless integration with the overall customer journey.
  • Implement robust analytics tools to monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize product features, user flows, and overall website functionality.
  • Regularly monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Implement A/B testing and creative testing to optimize website content and layout for maximum engagement and conversion.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience - applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Director of Product or similar role in an e-commerce or digital-focused environment.
  • Strong background in UI/UX design and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
