Due to our common desire in finding a viable solution for amputees, we developed a best-in-class prosthetic device and now we are excited to join the for-profit world as an exciting new start-up to further evolve our device and share this technology.

Who you are: You are inspired by our mission and compassion to improve the lives of amputees. You have a heart of a humanitarian, the brain of an adaptor and a proven track record in execution.

You will be responsible for planning, supporting and commercializing our prosthetic device. You will support activities for the development of strategic market/product line business plans and programs to support sales. This role entails travelling from the Bay Area to our Denver HQ.

This role will initially start off in a contract capacity and will then evolve to a full-time role for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, strategizing, marketing, commercializing, packaging and launching our prosthetic device
  • Combine creative, strategic and tactical thinking with an analytical approach for a successful device launch
  • Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns
  • Develop strategic market/product line business plans and programs to support sales
  • Work with internal teams to shape messaging and content.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 10+ years of product marketing/commercialization/product management/packaging experience within the medical device industry. MBA preferred.
  • Innovative problem solver and decision maker with the ability to influence and create strong partnerships with strong business acumen
  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple concurrent projects, manage deadlines, and be the source of information on product launch
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills; decisive and action-oriented; able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams to success
  • Flexible and resourceful, ready to step in wherever needed.
