Director Of Product Management, Data Science & Machine Learning

We are looking for a Director of Product Management for our Data Science and Machine Learning efforts at Total Expert. This role requires coordinating all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives.

Exciting work you'll do:

• Identify how Data Science and Machine Learning can be leveraged by Total Expert to understand platform use and effectiveness.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases for use of Data Science and Machine Learning (DS/ML) within the Total Expert platform.

• Develop a prioritized roadmap based on market and customer dynamics.

• Create and communicate an examination of Data Science and Machine Learning solutions relevant to our customer's needs.

• Work closely with engineering and UX to define the end-to-end user experience for customer success with a focus on effectiveness, usability, and transparency.

• Manage features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including supporting a marketing plan and field enablement.
