Director Of Product Management (Cloud Telecommunications)

The Director of Product Management will lead a team responsible for the development and management of the company's cloud telecommunications products. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to define product roadmaps, drive product enhancements, and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product strategy, planning, and execution
• Define product vision and roadmap, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business goals
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and drive product development
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous product enhancement
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in cloud telecommunications or related industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of user experience and the ability to advocate for customer needs
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment
