Director Of Product (Health Tech/B2b Saas)

Job Overview:

Curenta, a leading player in the Health Tech industry, is seeking an experienced Director of Product to join our growing team. As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving our product strategy and leading the development and launch of our B2B SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define the product roadmap, and ensure successful execution and delivery of our products.

Director of Product, Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management team and drive the product strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements
• Develop and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and support marketing and sales efforts
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
• Track and report on key product performance metrics
• Manage and develop the product team, providing guidance and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years within the Health Tech or B2B SaaS industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and customer needs
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
