Job Title: Director of Premium Service

Department: Suites and Premium

Reports To: VP of Tickets and Premium

FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for developing and executing targeted premium service initiatives. This includes suite services, club seat experience and premium client hospitality. The goal of this position is to understand the goals, objectives and perceived value of the premium experience and to create a consistent premium voice and message for the team. The Director of Premium Service will work with First & Goal Inc. on relevant premium event opportunities and Levy on food and beverage initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the service and retention of all suite and club accounts and communicate with premium clients to create and maintain a positive club and suite experience year-round

  • Lead, counsel and supervise Suite Service Coordinator and Premium Service Manager who actively engage with 2800 club accounts and 120 full season suite accounts each year

  • Direct club seat renewal campaign to identify personalization opportunities and specific needs of the club audience

  • Manage and collaborate with Director of Ticket Sales & Service to ensure all service goals are exceeded

  • Track, measure and analyze customer interactions and satisfaction through CRM; leverage data to create actionable campaigns that mitigate risks and influence positive behaviors

  • Create a premium hospitality plan that identifies effective year-round touchpoints, communication campaigns, hospitality opportunities and value-add events for Seahawks and non-football events

  • Develop effective event offerings to engage with all levels of premium clientele and to increase perceived value of premium seating

  • Manage premium gifting program to identify unique, meaningful gifting opportunities that align with outlined touchpoint goals

  • Oversee Premium Club gameday spaces at Lumen Field which include but are not limited to: Reserve Club, Field Seats, Tunnel Club, 1976 Club and T-Mobile Endzone and future club spaces

  • Build and execute department budget and staffing plan to ensure financial goals are met and expenses are optimized

  • Align with the First & Goal Inc. Sales and Operations team to execute club and suite presales for Lumen Field events, identify additional revenue and value add opportunities in association with these events

  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnership team on hospitality events and gifting plans to create a consistent premium experience across team partners

  • Work with the Levy's Premium team to develop and enhance ideas and menus, incorporate fan feedback, encourage positive customer service and superior game day standards to successfully meet revenue goals

  • Oversee Seahawks gameday initiatives, hospitality opportunities, communication tactics and premium experiences that are executed by the premium service team

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree from a college or university

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Strong command of Word, Excel and Archtics programs

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills to both internal constituents and external clients is required

  • Individual must be able to express their ideas clearly both orally and in writing

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of budget figures

  • Ability to prioritize a multitude of duties, adjusting to constant change and alterations

  • Adapt to extended work hours in excess of the standard (40) per week

  • Be available to work all Seahawks home games

  • Be available for other stadium events to service suites

  • Be available for road travel for designated dates

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • The salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $115,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
