Director Of PMO And Compliance

Location: Dallas, TX or Maryville, TN

Job Summary:

The Director of PMO and Compliance is responsible for the IT portfolio management process, manages all compliance and audit related activities, and performs project management responsibilities on enterprise level initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role oversees external project management and compliance and audit resources and partners. Also, oversees IT and cross-functional team members for enterprise level initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and set priorities in partnership with the VP of IT for the creation of the IT governance process and on-going management of the IT portfolio.

• Implement standards and tools to manage and measure the IT governance and portfolio/project management processes.

• Ensure short- and long-term strategic technology plans and roadmaps in partnership with the VP of IT aligns with the strategy and goals of the organization.

• Ensures project scope, schedules and budgets are established and proactively managed throughout all project lifecycles.

• Prepare RFP's, analyze proposals, select services, and manage information technology providers.

• Manage all regulatory audits with internal and external resources.

• Create, execute, and monitor IT standards, policies, and procedures for technology use, compliance, and business continuity.

• Ensure compliance to regulatory and information security processes and standards.

• Remain current on the latest technology to improve processes, platforms, and user experience.

• Attract, retain, mentor, and develop an outstanding and motivated project management team as needed.

• Other related IT duties as assigned.
