About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations team as the Director of Planning. This role will be responsible for leading Supply, Demand, & Inventory planning teams and will interface with internal Liquid I.V. stakeholders, Unilever, and external manufacturing partners.

This is a pivotal role, reporting into the Sr. Director of Supply Chain, to help ensure flawless day-to-day execution across the planning network. At the time of posting, this role will lead managers of Supply, Demand, & Inventory.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Serve as the leader of day-to-day execution across the planning network, ensuring planning excellence.

  • Accountable for Supply, Demand, & Inventory planning metrics and the future deployment of additional metrics.

  • Partner closely with Unilever and external manufacturing partners as the first POC to address challenges while ensuring strong execution and schedule adherence.

  • Assist in development and future enhancement of monthly capacity planning process with Unilever and external manufacturing sites.

  • Provide executional leadership as the Supply Chain network grows, adding additional complexities.

  • Evaluate safety stock programs and provide recommendations to drive down inventory carrying costs.

  • Deliver against monthly and annual inventory goals, owning the management of SLOB (slow-moving, obsolete) risk mitigation.

  • Ensure OTIF delivery goals to customers is met/and or exceeded.

  • Support the Demand planning monthly cycle to provide additional perspective and feedback on latest estimates.

  • Lead SKU rationalization process for the Supply Chain.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to accurately forecast production needs.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to S&OP inputs and communications.

  • Support tech strategy development and commercialization for Planning function.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or any other business-related field) required.

  • 7+ years of Supply Chain experience required.

  • Prior experience with ERP systems (Kinaxis, SAP, etc.).

  • Highly organized and dependable.

  • Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.

  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and can readily adapt to changing business needs.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with external partners and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 10% travel. Liquid I.V. strives to support and create a flexible working environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $147,000 - $160,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
