Overview

Bow Physical Therapy and Spine Center, located in Bow, New Hampshire, has an immediate opportunity for a full time or part time Director of Physical Therapy.

As our new Director of our Outpatient clinic, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of this clinic with the support of experienced administration, while providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervise both clinical and office staff and ensure all APTA standards, policies and procedures are followed. Your ability to market your clinic will determine your personal financial success, as well.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a college with an APTA accredited curriculum.

  • Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.

  • A minimum of two years' previous staff supervisory experience in a similar clinical /PT setting strongly preferred.

  • Marketing experience desirable. Outpatient orthopedic experience including Exercise and Manual based skills and Sports Rehab preferred.

  • Current registered and licensed in the state of New Hampshire and CPR certified.

2,500.00 Sign on bonus is being offered to complete the compensation package as well!

Position Overview:This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. This position is a point-of-contact for all non-clinical patient service including managing the patient scheduling process; collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments; maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records; maintaining the front desk area; and providing outstanding customer service to our patients. This will be a 32 hour work week and 4 days a week. WE DO REQUIRE 1 FULL YEAR OF PREVIOUS MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE!
