As a member of the Hotel Executive Committee, you set the strategy and also manage and participate in all people initiatives inclusive of selection, compensation, total rewards, teammate relations and development, among others.

You uphold the procedures and traditions that make Bobby unique, while challenging the status quo in the quest for continuous improvement. Wearing multiple hats, you are a master of prioritization who sees each day as an opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on a highly engaged team with a distinctive culture.

Your experience has touched every facet of the people function and you have the career progression to showcase it. You possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, both in a leadership and generalist capacity.

Perhaps most importantly, you have a proven track record of the improvement and maintenance of high performing cultures. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and SHRM-CP or similar certification is a plus!
