JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs seeks to fill a Director of Patient Outreach position. This individual will be responsible for attracting and retaining our customers through exceptional patient service and community outreach and customer experience programs. The ideal candidate will be someone who will immerse themselves in each community and build relationships with the groups and individuals throughout and must have experience preferably in the healthcare marketing and outreach industry. This individual must be a self-starter, goal oriented and able to show compassion to all of our patients.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of clinical practice methods and procedures.

  • Understand and follow all applicable state rules surrounding the promotion of medical cannabis.

  • Maintain a schedule of physicians, licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals.

  • Generate face to face meetings with referring/recommending physicians.

  • Provide physician education on the delivery mechanisms of medical cannabis and the effect of various strains on approved medical conditions.

  • Document every contact with the Cresco Customer Management Relationship system.

  • Target and create new strategies for increasing business in a highly competitive market.

  • Develop and implement community workshops and seminars.

  • Represent Cresco at civic and professional functions as approved by Cresco.

  • Maintain a positive and professional image of Cresco by acting as a link between the dispensary, referral sources and the general public.

  • Accept responsibility for growth and profitability of Cresco dispensaries.

  • Understand and follow HIPAA Privacy Rules for the protection of personal health information.

  • Lead and drive new-patient seminars where permitted.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Patient focused, compassion based, empathetic care

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong listening skills and work ethic

  • Ability to deliver key messages across small and large audiences

  • Exceptional patient service skills; experience in health care related field a plus

  • Desire to learn about products to assist patients

  • Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality

  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner

  • Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekends/night when applicable

  • Firsthand knowledge of state Medical Cannabis program

  • Background in cannabis is preferred

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

VIEW JOBS 5/24/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-22T00:00 JOB OBJECTIVES: Under the supervision of the Director, the Young Families Outreach Director will work closely with Russian-speaking young families throughout the Chicago area to provide social, cultural and Jewish education programming. This person will work closely with the Russian Jewish Division's (RJD) Program Associate on recruiting new members to RJD, assist the director in planning, promoting and implementing programs for community members, collaborate with other Jewish organizations and programs that work with young families such as JUF's Young Families Division, establish partnerships with Russian daycares and Russian enrichment programs, market RJD on social networking sites and Russian media, and act as a liaison to JUF and the larger Jewish community. This role is part-time, 15 hours per week, remotely. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Young Families Outreach and Programming * Implement outreach programs for Russian-speaking Jewish young families throughout the Chicagoland area by planning, organizing, and executing educational, cultural and social activities such as: * Russian Book Buddies * Russian Jbaby classes * Holiday celebrations * Annual Family Retreat * Holidays on Wheels initiative * Coffee dates with new families * Russian Play Dates * Collaborate with other Jewish organizations and JUF agencies that work with young families to share resources and partner up on programs and events Recruitment and Marketing * Promote and market broader RJD and JUF programs and opportunities in the Russian Jewish community * Recruit new families to RJD and JUF activities Administration * Attend RJD Advisory Board meetings and JUF Young Families bi-weekly staff meetings * Participate in regular supervision meetings; participate in professional development throughout the year Directly supports JUF campaign integration on an ongoing basis. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * BA degree from an accredited college and minimum of 2 years' experience in non-profit setting * At least 2 years' experience working with young families and children ages 0-5 * Fluent in Russian and English * Strong understanding of Russian Jewish culture * Event planning experience preferred * Work schedule must be flexible, including working weekends * Must be able to drive, having a car is preferable * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure * Outgoing and friendly personality is essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite ABOUT THE RUSSIAN JEWISH DIVISION The Russian Jewish Division (RJD) is a community of young professionals and young families of the Former Soviet Union background.
