Our Commercial Team is the human power behind our Creators, helping to define, build and grow their brands through unique merchandise experiences. More than apparel, Spring has helped Creators bring plushies, card games, jewelry and many more product lines to life for fans around the world.
What you'll do...
Create an execution plan that will spearhead acquisition across a broad surface area
Full ownership of the Acquisition of users onto Spring
Creation and execution of acquisition strategy across our Platform partnerships: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch
Creation and execution of acquisition strategy across our Creator partnerships: Agencies, MCNs, Talent Management
Creation and execution of acquisition strategy across our Brand partnership: Fashion, Make Up, Footwear, etc.
Creation of interdepartmental processes for flawless execution between Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance
Build, develop and mentor a world class team
Build the departmental KPI's and targets
Develop the data driven methodology to identify and qualify leads that delivers to a bankable high value pipeline
Develop clear metrics for performance to enable accurate projections and timelines
Close collaboration with Head of Commercial on strategy
Close big deals
Build strong connections with our partners
Finger on the pulse and able to spot new niches and opportunities
