The Director of Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall management of outpatient neurological services throughout the hospital network. The Director is responsible for direct patient care duties 75-90% of schedule with a focus to the neurological patient.

The Director is responsible for the growth and development of the neuro therapy program.

The Director is responsible for assisting with marketing strategies in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Outpatient Programming, Business Development and Strategic Planning.

The Director is responsible for physician relationship management as it relates to the OP neuro program.# The Director will facilitate program-wide discipline-specific education to promote personal and professional growth within the OP neuro team and ensure care is being delivered in a manner consistent with best practices.# The Director shall also coordinate staffing to ensure adequate provision of neurological services to referred patients and will provide coverage on an as needed basis.

To qualify you must... Current license as an OT, PT or SLP from NH/MA. Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR. Demonstrate supervisor/leadership skills.

Possesses moral and ethical standards complimentary to the delivery of cost-effective quality health care. Must present positive image and professionalism commensurate with the position. Minimum of 5 years pertinent clinical and/or management experience.

Must work full time 32-40 hours per week and a minimum of two evenings per week unless approved by Sr. Director of Outpatient Programming, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
