Compensation: $141,000 - $200,000

Overview:
 Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and operations of Oracle database solutions supporting both private and public cloud environments. Drive database modernization efforts while fostering collaboration across teams and promoting automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Lead database engineering and support teams through cloud modernization initiatives.

●     Collaborate with infrastructure and application development teams to align modernization strategies.

●     Enhance Oracle database services with self-service capabilities tailored to customer needs.

●     Oversee audit and regulatory reviews for cloud database solutions.

●     Drive automation efforts using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab.

●     Foster a culture of innovation and engagement within the team.

Qualifications:

●     10+ years of experience in database engineering, delivery, and support.

●     Strong leadership skills with proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.

●     Expertise in Oracle technologies across private and public cloud platforms.

●     Familiarity with automation tools and the Agile methodology.

●     Passion for driving modernization and innovation within large organizations.
