Serves as a liaison for the Division of Enrollment Management and to associated Departments: Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement, Undergraduate Admission, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Early Academic Outreach Program/Bruin Corps.

Oversee planning, directing, coordinating and managing enrollment operations for the Vice Provost. Provide advice and counsel on policies, procedures, and practices related to administrative functions and operations management systems that reflect compliance, organizational policies, standard operating procedures and best practice.

Supports the Vice Provost by remaining current on critical industry trends, research, and analysis that impacts enrollment. Works with budget director to identify, define, and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities, which includes coordinating the development, writing and submission of grant proposals. Where appropriate, communicate on behalf of the Vice Provost to various constituents and stakeholders and manage internal and external relationships that support the division's vision and strategic initiatives.

Responsible for providing oversight on all aspects of divisional operations such as budget planning, accounting, reporting, performance metrics and human resources. Work closely with the Vice Provost and organizational leaders to develop and monitor organizational goals, and share benchmarking and best practices across departments that support the division's strategic plan and objectives. Directly support the Vice Provost's activities including meeting planning, writing briefings, creating presentations and meeting debriefs and action plans. Oversee and maintain the Division's master calendar of events and critical meetings with a focus on advanced and timely planning that supports division priorities. 1.Strong knowledge of the university environment and current issues facing Enrollment Management.

2.Demonstrated experience in working in a complex and demanding work environment with the ability to manage multiple and simultaneous tasks and responsibilities.

3.Demonstrated management skills working with professional and support staff to implement and manage projects and programs related to the functions of the Division.

4.Strong analytical skills, time management, good business acumen, and the ability to span boundaries.

5.Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing strategies and achieving divisional goals.

6.Demonstrated experience in budgeting and resource management.

7.Demonstrated experience in effectively using organizational and planning skills, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.

8.High degree of self-motivation, taking initiative and the ability to function productively and independently and see projects through completion.

9.Basic knowledge of federal regulations regarding the administration of financial aid and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

10. Demonstrated ability to relate and work well with diverse faculty, administrators, staff, students, families and the general public.

11. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, and excellent public speaking and writing skills.

12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.

13. Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate programs and events, and prepare written analytical reports.

14. Ability to apply strong quantitative analysis and perform cross-functional projects, design and evaluation of current projects, policies and procedures.

15. Demonstrated experience establishing and accomplishing short and long term goals and objectives.

16. Evidence of experience in using creativity, and independent thought in the execution of job functions.

17. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to work with sensitive information, documents and data.

18. Demonstrated experience in managing in a dynamic and challenging environment.

19. Strong analytical skill and an ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

20. Knowledge of organizational development strategies and practice.

21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, student information systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

22. Advanced degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
