About the Role As the Director of Operations , you will play a critical role in leading our new nursing registry initiative, expanding our services in the state of Florida, starting our footprint in Palm Beach County. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, nurses, and healthcare partners while ensuring the highest standards of care.

Leveraging your network from hospital experience, you will also have the opportunity to bring in new business through your professional network and contribute to TrustHouse’s growth and innovation. Responsibilities Build and grow the first Florida location through relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and nursing professionals. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and create a positive work atmosphere. Lead recruitment efforts and ensure that nurses meet the qualifications to provide the highest level of care.

Serve as a care manager for new clients, overseeing care plans and maintaining client satisfaction. Represent TrustHouse at networking events, strengthening our presence and nurturing connections. What We Offer Supportive Culture:
