Overview:

The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for all operational functions, strategies, and continuous improvement for their designated market. This role owns the implementation and achievement of overall organizational sales, financial outcomes, and process execution. The Area Leader also develops General Managers and encourages the creation and support of a positive teamwork environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all respective shops have the right talent in place and continually looking for upgrade opportunities

  • Develop and grow locations within assigned area with SSS (Same Store Sales), profitability and location leadership

  • Meet and exceed budgeted financial goals

  • Models and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service

  • Assists in developing budget for multi-shop operations (MSO)

  • Reinforces the understanding of technical knowledge and tools with their team

  • Identifies operational solutions through critical analysis

  • Guide operations execution and objectives which align to the Service King Premier Repair Operating Model (PRO) and company policies, resulting in superior customer service and best in class operational results

  • Develop and forecast the sales plan for production goals based on market objectives

  • Oversees measurements to ensure that all locations are operating and performing at optimum efficiency.

  • Drives implementation of Service King Programs through consultation and provides solutions to drive performance

  • Ability to spend time in the shops coaching and mentoring teammates and driving operational excellence

  • Ensures safety and compliance regulations are adhered to according to company standards

  • Coach and develop leadership team for future growth in the company

  • Partners with General Managers in interviewing prospective employees to determine best applicant for position based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the areas of general management and operations

  • Experience in implementing and managing a multi-shop operation model

  • Ability to maintains multiple tasks and projects

  • Knowledge of repair techniques and principles

  • Strong analytical background in interpreting financial data

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Must have a valid driver's license

VIEW JOBS 9/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-08T00:00 Overview The Regional Director of Operations (DO) has four main areas of responsibility: personnel management, client management, clinical quality management and operations management for the jails in their region. The DO ensures the highest quality clinical care is delivered to the inmates entrusted to our care by allocating our healthcare funds to deliver the most appropriate care to the greatest number of inmates. The DO ensures we meet or exceed our commitments to all stakeholders: our employees, our clients, our board and each other. This is accomplished by providing guidance, direction and support to the HSAs, ensuring our clinical staff are trained and supported in the delivery of care, providing key performance information to our clients, acting as the conduit for the sharing of information between the field and the corporate office, and collaborating with all functions in the corporate office. Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field. * Master's Degree preferred. Experience: * Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations management required, correctional health experience preferred. * Multi-site management experience required. Licenses/Certifications: * None Responsibilities * Mentor, coach and support HSAs * Review clinical and operating metrics versus expectations * Evaluate individual HSA performance and identify development opportunities * Review and approve, with the HSA, his or her team member performance evaluations and identify professional development opportunities * Liaison between HSAs and corporate office/executive team * Collaborate with all corporate functions to ensure program success (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, etc) * Ensure that facilities under management achieve clinical, service, and operating objectives * Provide regular written communications on key performance indicators, statistics, facility developments, and important developments * Conduct regularly scheduled site visits, include discussion of any issues/concerns/opportunities. * Monitor adherence to contract, P&Ps, rules and regulations for assigned counties * Liaison with outside community medical and behavioral health partners to ensure program success * Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Sheriff's staff, custody staff and medical staff * Identify and share best practices with jail staff * Comply with contract reporting requirements * Works with business development team on annual contract renewals * Attend quarterly Quality Assurance meetings * Coordinate and schedule QA meetings with PMs and other DOs * Review P&P after PMs/HSAs make changes, submit to COO and/or CMO for final approval * Participate in weekly CMO call * Assist with accreditation/compliance process * Provide training/standardized in-services and on-boarding for staff as needed * Engage in proactive and on-going performance management * Oversee work with drug formulary compliance by working in collaboration with clinical leadership * Manage off-site referral process through collaborating with CMO and UM/RN as well as using tools like AristaMD * Monitor compliance to staffing plans, manage changes to staffing plans with input from HSA, Finance, COO. * Document approved changes to staffing plans and ensure all approvals are received * Authorize equipment purchases and communicate needs to corporate office * Manage key operating metrics: including staffing/schedules/payroll, labor, supply, pharmacy, staff retention * Participate in development of annual operating plan Wellpath is an EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disability Employer Wellpath Dublin CA
