Top Must Haves:

- Active RN license, previous Home Health and leadership experience required

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN with 1 of those years consisting of full-time experience in providing direct patient care in a home health setting

- Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years experience in Home Health and more than 1 year leadership experience in Home Health preferred

In this position, you will: * Provide leadership for clinical operations in the areas of strategic planning, clinical excellence, personnel management, fiscal accountability, operational effectiveness, and positive relationships with other departments, members of the medical staff, physician practices and all stakeholders within scope and span of control. * Develop clinical operation budgets, establish financial targets and develop operating objectives and plans and budgets for achieving those targets and ensuring performance measures are met. * Actively collaborate as primary interface with Providence Medical Group for provision of Medical Business Operations support and services in service to the needs of the service line. * Promote change, facilitate redesign, and implement systems and processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation within all clinical units. * Partner with medical staff to ensure the presence of an on-going quality improvement program by providing leadership for patient safety, quality improvement, service excellence, physician satisfaction, and program growth and development. * Lead or participate in special projects, committees or task forces. * Develop and maintain superb, productive working relationships with all key constituents. Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree in health care, business, economics, or related field. * 7-10 years of management or administrative experience in health care. Preferred qualifications for this position include: * Master's degree * 7-10 years in an integrated health system with an in depth knowledge of healthcare clinical operations, revenue cycle management and finance. * Specific experience in directing Neuroscience clinical operations.
