We are currently seeking a Director of Health Services (Director of Nursing) who is passionate about making a difference for our North Shore Community!
Position Pay: $115K to $125K per year

The non-negotiables:
Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state
Experience leading and influencing across the network of clinical staff, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting
Passion for working with the elderly or those with memory impairing disease
Thrives supervising, teaching, and leading others
Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
Dedication to working with seniors in a culturally diverse workforce
What you'll be doing:
Communicating with and serving as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, doctors, and administrators
Evaluating nurse performance, implementing changes to nursing best practices, and managing standard-of-care guidelines
Developing short- and long-term staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals
Ensuring the Resident Care Director successfully sets nursing staff schedules, manages onboarding, and trains new nursing staff
Monitoring and recording expenses
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations
