The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately as well as the supervision of clinical personnel.


1.Receives case referrals. Reviews available patient information related to case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs. Assigns appropriate clinicians to case.

2.Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services provided by clinicians, conferences, record review, discusses and verifies impressions, instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate.

3.Reviews patients clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures and clinical course.

4.Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and in developing plan of care.

5.Attends case conference meetings with organization personnel to facilitate coordination of care.

6.Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to Clinical Director and appropriate organization personnel.

7.Assists in the screening and interviewing process of new organization personnel and makes recommendations for employment of individuals. Assists in the orientation of
new organization personnel.

8.Assists Clinical Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.

9.Assists in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as strategic goals and objectives.

  1. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.

11.Participates in public relation and community activities that promote the Organization's role as an effective member of the health care delivery system.

  1. Promotes customer service orientation to all organization personnel.

  2. Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Clinical Director.

1.Registered nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in the state.

2.Graduate of National League for nursing accredited school of nursing. BSN degree is preferred.

3.Two years management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care.

4.Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.

5.Complies and maintains current CPR certification.

6.Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills

You Will: * Develop organizational plans and recruit, hire and manage a world class team of Manufacturing Engineers. * Develop manufacturing processes and specifications for custom equipment. * Closely collaborate with external equipment integrators on custom automation equipment design. * Validate and characterize new equipment and fixtures for production implementation. * Drive design for manufacturability, while also enabling Engineering designs and vision. * Oversee schedule and budget for the manufacturing equipment to ensure on time implementation at Lucid's factory in Casa Grande, AZ. * Analyze and control change costs, schedule delays and quality issues over the course of the project. * Travel 25%+ to support equipment tryouts at suppliers, prototype builds and ultimate factory installation and bring up of major equipment lines for Powertrain, Body Shop, Paint Shop and Final Assembly. You Bring: * Demonstrated leadership ability to build outstanding teams and interface well with senior management. * Experience developing manufacturing processes for new and unique products. * Experience in factory environments deploying major manufacturing equipment systems and demonstrated history of on-time, high quality delivery. * Experience designing mechanical equipment, fixturing and tooling in CAD (SolidWorks preferred, Catia is also a plus). * Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment. * Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment. * Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills. * 15+ years in Automotive Manufacturing or closely related field. Education Requirements: * BS/MS Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
