The Director of Mid-Market Sales at Weave will lead and drive the overall mid-market sales initiative. This strategic role requires extensive experience in managing complex sales pipelines, forecasting, and setting expectations for a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish sales strategies, optimize processes, and achieve revenue targets within the healthcare sector.
This position will be hybrid- MTW in office, Th/Fri optional remote
Reports to: VP of Sales
What You Will Own (Responsibilities)
Lead and mentor a team of mid-market account executives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new territories.
Oversee the management of complex sales cycles and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and product offerings.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Play a pivotal role in working with large strategic accounts. Communicating and strategizing to help the strategic accounts manager close business.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)
Extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a track record of success in managing mid-market and enterprise sales teams.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including experience with DSOs or similar corporate entities.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and effective sales management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
