Job Description

SumnerOne is seeking a visionary Marketing Director passionate about driving our marketing efforts through digital platforms. The Marketing Director will lead our dynamic marketing team, focusing on crafting and implementing strategies that support sales targets and company growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel campaign development, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging analytics to refine marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven environment.

• Manage four full-time employees, including our Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, Content Marketing Manager, and HubSpot Developer.

• Work closely with Sales Leadership to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey and optimized lead conversion.

• Manage the integration and effective use of HubSpot and Salesforce within marketing strategies, improving lead distribution, tracking, and conversion rates.

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content strategy, SEO optimization, and event planning.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce analytics to inform decisions and strategies.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape to adapt and evolve marketing strategies.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

• At least 7-10 years of experience in a marketing leadership position, ideally within the technology or managed services sectors.

• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, strategy development, and the execution of marketing programs across multiple channels.

• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating brand performance and market trends.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, project management, and familiar with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Travel: Must be willing to travel to SumnerOne's headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
