As the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for defining, planning and managing the execution of our global marketing campaigns. What You Will Do:
Execute marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline
Work cross-functionally with marketing team members, design, product, sales and others to build campaigns
Use data-driven marketing to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimization recommendations across the mobile game developer's journey
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic, full-funnel growth roadmaps, develop A/B & MVT optimization plans to deliver performance improvements
Manage integrated campaigns with innovative approaches to direct response and brand awareness
Build and manage campaigns, content marketing, SEO and website teams on development and implementation of a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy such as email, paid marketing channels (SEM, display, native, paid social), social media, content, website optimization, etc., to engage the target audiences and provide relevant content and messaging at each step of the purchase process.
Partner with product marketing to create and prioritize business requirements for growth marketing campaigns
Test and retest new and traditional marketing channels including offline marketing and native advertising
Determine new channels to expand the reach of high quality content - identify new content and assets; appropriate existing content and generate ideas / requests to fill content gaps.
8+ years marketing experience with domain expertise in mobile apps or mobile games
Skilled across different functions including demand generation, event planning, and more
Understanding of different areas of campaign strategy, management and analytics; SEO; SEM, social marketing/social media; digital advertising; content syndication; and content marketing
Experience with SFDC and Marketo a plus
