Lead the strategic development and management of new and existing digital marketing initiatives that will drive web traffic, customer acquisition, and lead conversion. Create online channel lead projections, costs, and campaign tracking. Weekly collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and IT teams planning and executing marketing campaigns, performing data analysis and reaching insight. Oversee and manage relationships with key digital agencies. Manage, motivate and mentor an in-house team of designers, analysts, specialists, and developers, leveraging the team's strengths through engaging and effective team management. Training internal and external communities in the use of digital tools, lead generation processes and best practices. Overseeing initiatives for SEO, SEM, web design, web development, web analytics, social media, content development, and lead generation.
Define & implement a digital content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of the strategy is a must.
Interact with product marketing and field associates to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to gated assets (including blog posts, whitepapers, application guides, surveys, webinars, etc.). Formulate and implement impactful value propositions and messaging.
Generate new leads by driving site traffic and by converting to marketing-qualified leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales and channel partners to ensure our inbound marketing activity acquires or retains customers, and continually refine our processes and content to increasingly convert customers. Conduct usability tests to gauge content effectiveness.
Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing. Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization & translation strategies.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person. This is to be done all applicable buyer personas.
Design and implement brand strategy to protect and build equity of Rexnord and acquisition trademarks and trade names
Create and deliver executive dashboards and progress reports on marketing campaigns and results.
Management of writers, editors, graphic designers, digital designers, analysts, and other agency personnel; indirect influence of subject matter experts across multiple functions and business groups.
Customer experience leadership and support to digital/online experiences for Rexnord (PMC) web presence (including eCommerce)
Capture customer feedback & VOC for new breakthrough concepts and continuous improvement
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through content analysis, and deploying content assets for higher conversion rates.

Experience and Skill Required
BS or BA in Business, Marketing or Communications; or technical degree MBA
10-15 years experience in the field of digital marketing; subject matter expert in the following: web analytics, segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead management
Proven acumen and understanding of marketing and sales concepts, strategies, and tactics that support lead generation and drive revenue. Includes channel strategy, messaging development in various channels, selling tools, and audience segmentation.
Experience with creating & executing B2B marketing campaigns that leverage Interactive/Digital /Social Media and Web content
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, UX design, UI design, interactive design, front-end web development, back-end web development, display advertising and remarketing, web content management systems, CRM, eCommerce.
Basic understanding of best practices within the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines with new and ongoing campaigns. An understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a campaign or series of content.
Ability to analyze and present content and campaign performance
Track record of leading and inspiring marketing talent to deliver outstanding marketing, content, promotions, and projects. Consistently challenges self and team to deliver industry-leading results.
