Position Description:

CGI's Marketing & Communications team has two opportunities for Marketing Directors at the global level to focus on our services or solutions portfolios. The Marketing Director is a hands-on expert role, acting as a business partner to one of our global offering owner executives.

Based on experience and qualifications, each Director will be aligned with one of the following offering areas: Intelligent Solutions & Innovation; Business & Strategic IT Consulting; or Managed Services. This is a high-visibility role for a well-rounded marketer who brings understanding of these offerings and the professional services market in order to proactively translate business vision into successful marketing strategies and programs. This role offers great opportunities for driving positive impact and helping CGI leaders drive profitable growth, together with colleagues across Marketing & Communications, other Corporate Services, and S/BUs.

This role can be located in Plymouth Meeting, PA or Fairfax, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

A well-rounded marketing professional, the Offerings Marketing Director will articulate, align, amplify and activate the company's compelling global value propositions for selected offerings. In line with CGI's go-to-market model, many of the activation initiatives from this team are highly coordinated with the SBU MarCom teams as well as other COEs.

The ability to get things done through relationships and collaboration is critical to success. Responsibilities will include: • Act as business partners to global offering owners, developing and executing strategies and initiatives as their single point of contact across the full MarCom global team • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing strategies aligned with the global vision, positioning and growth strategies for our offerings, with emphasis on selected emblematic offerings • In collaboration with MarCom COEs and Business Partners, conceptualize, create and implement marketing programs that help generate, capture and convert leads into bookings and revenue • Create compelling and differentiated global messaging and marketing campaigns that resonate with the market and can be tailored and utilized across SBUs; make ongoing adjustments to optimize performance • Collaborate with Industry Marketers to envision and develop marketing 'wrappers' for differentiated offers • Act as global content owners, creating a range of offerings content such as client decks, case studies, BD toolkits, thought leadership, podcasts, web/social, media and analyst outreach. Work across MarCom to synchronize content in all channels to market. • Support the data synthesis and storytelling for CGI's Voice of Our Clients, developing marketing assets and campaign assets to be rolled out globally • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, ensuring we optimize for ROI and continuously improve • Harvest, globalize and re-deploy best practice marketing assets • Manage the allocation of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources with maximum global impact • These roles are expected to manage one junior marketer

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Understanding of the IT services market and one or more of the offerings that will be supported: Intelligent Solutions & Innovation; Business & Strategic IT Consulting; or Managed Services. • At least 15 years of experience as a hands-on practitioner and leader of marketing and communications strategies and programs to drive client awareness, preference, engagement, advocacy. Strong preference for experience in professional services. • Analytical expertise to identify sharp business insights from data • Excellent conceptual skills, with ability to package offerings materials in line with clients' business objectives • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives • Proven history of developing and evolving KPIs relevant to the marketing mix • Creative and innovative thinker; ability to generate new ideas and solutions that differentiate the company • Precise, conscientious attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $122,200 - $288,700."
