Director of Marketing
The marketing vision at Johnsonville is creating a world class brand that creates success for our customers, drives innovation in the marketplace and delivers an exceptional financial return. As the Director of Marketing for Foodservice, you'll manage all marketing elements for the Foodservice and C-store Business, including strategic planning, new product development, and promotional strategy and execution.
Coach and develop the Marketing team
Own the P&L, pricing and promotion strategy, budget/plan, forecasting (IBP), capital recommendations, sku rationalization, supply chain, marketing needs and competitive assessment
Lead in the development of annual planning and long-term vision of existing core categories as well as innovation platforms within all foodservice channels and segments (C-Store and Field Sales) to drive future growth
Own strategic planning, development, and launch plan for all innovation platforms and programs, including development of long-term innovation pipelines and multi-year capital planning strategy
Develop strategic positioning for new product launches and development of presentations for the sales teams, including participating in key strategic customer presentations
Own the relationships with our advertising agency and research partners
At least seven years of CPG marketing experience required; foodservice experience preferred
A successful track record of leading a team and coaching others
Strong P&L management experience
Demonstrated ability to foster an environment that drives learning, personal accountability, excellence and teamwork
Skills and Competencies:

Strong relationship building and communication skills
Demonstrated financial acumen
