Recruit new marketing personnel and oversee the growth and development of the marketing department
Create and implement digital marketing strategy and marketing initiatives
Oversee, develop & implement all levels and variations of content marketing, video marketing & marketing automation
Manage and oversee the various marketing tasks and efforts, prioritize and manage the digital needs of multiple projects and campaigns
Manage and maintain marketing assets and campaigns to ensure best-in-class experiences for users; assets include websites, banners, LPs, social media channels, marketing communication mailers, and more
Create, implement, and manage digital marketing and organic and paid social media content
Collaborate with marketing teams and creative agencies to develop and execute digital product launches and email and web marketing campaigns in accordance with brand standards
Manage reporting tools and oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development
Implement and optimize personalized, targeted marketing campaigns through our digital web platforms
Measure and optimize campaign performance to deliver relevant marketing content to customers
Communicate technical messages to a non-technical audience
Work with Google Analytics reporting and audits on a monthly basis to monitor need for content updates and changes
Manage best practices for user search within the website
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology
5+ years in online marketing, marketing technology, or related field
2+ years of supervisory experience
Must be able to create and establish new initiatives, policies and procedures, recognize trends in the market, and adapt to a changing market and marketing environment
Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: Facebook advertising and PPC, search engine optimization (SEO), GDN, and user-generated content, Google AdWords, etc.
Working knowledge of website analytics and conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL)
Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives
Passion for digital media and devices, consider yourself an 'early adopter' of digital trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Willing to meet the challenge of working in a fast growing hi-tech company
Can effectively manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects
Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals
Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications
