Our team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader, who is knowledgeable and inspiring. You will lead and develop a growing team of creatives, dedicated to empowering others through education and professional growth!

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new marketing personnel and oversee the growth and development of the marketing department

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategy and marketing initiatives

  • Oversee, develop & implement all levels and variations of content marketing, video marketing & marketing automation

  • Manage and oversee the various marketing tasks and efforts, prioritize and manage the digital needs of multiple projects and campaigns

  • Manage and maintain marketing assets and campaigns to ensure best-in-class experiences for users; assets include websites, banners, LPs, social media channels, marketing communication mailers, and more

  • Create, implement, and manage digital marketing and organic and paid social media content

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and creative agencies to develop and execute digital product launches and email and web marketing campaigns in accordance with brand standards

  • Manage reporting tools and oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development

  • Implement and optimize personalized, targeted marketing campaigns through our digital web platforms

  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to deliver relevant marketing content to customers

  • Communicate technical messages to a non-technical audience

  • Work with Google Analytics reporting and audits on a monthly basis to monitor need for content updates and changes

  • Manage best practices for user search within the website

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology

  • 5+ years in online marketing, marketing technology, or related field

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience

  • Must be able to create and establish new initiatives, policies and procedures, recognize trends in the market, and adapt to a changing market and marketing environment

  • Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: Facebook advertising and PPC, search engine optimization (SEO), GDN, and user-generated content, Google AdWords, etc.

  • Working knowledge of website analytics and conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL)

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives

  • Passion for digital media and devices, consider yourself an 'early adopter' of digital trends

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Willing to meet the challenge of working in a fast growing hi-tech company

  • Can effectively manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects

  • Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals

  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications

  • Behavioral elements such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiastic and meticulous are highly preferred

HackerU is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to join our Marketing team. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. Your Role: * Overseeing marketing department. * Design and drive of both the long-term strategic marketing plan as well as short-term tactical marketing activities * Successful project tracking, traffic coordination, reporting and change management required to accomplish execution of marketing programs * Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, KPIs, and reporting * Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment (ROI), and profit-loss projections. * Develop and execute marketing strategy across key customer interaction channels including website, email, SEO, digital media, social media, affiliate marketing, mobile app stores, co-marketing partnerships, PR, conferences and events to drive revenue, growth and partner engagement * Lead the strategic direction of HackerU brand promise, visual identity, tone and voice, narrative, positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation in order to support our business strategy. * Provide governance for business intelligence of prospect and client information to derive insights and optimize the lead capturing and conversion funnel. * Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish. * Drive instrumentation of our lead-generation funnel through efficient, creative, high-quality, funnel programming and content strategy Our Ideal Candidate: * Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field * Experience running a marketing team with 10+ years in marketing leadership roles in progressive, innovative, and fast-paced organizations with a track record of accomplishment in the areas described in the Your Role Functions section above * Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. * Strong copywriting skills. * Agile learning mindset, comfortable with adapting to new concepts, new marketing trends, new methodologies, or new customer interaction channels; keen to implement innovative marketing tools and technologies * Proven ability to manage budgets. * Experience in an executive role of a company with broad leadership accountability required, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, collaboration, transparency, mutual support and cooperation within the entire organization * High competence in project and stakeholder management. * Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. * Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing. * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
