As we pursue strategic growth and industry leadership, we seek a Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts, aligning them with our strategic objectives to enhance brand presence and achieve superior customer engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, this role is integral to the strategic promotion of our supplier partnerships, enhancing brand visibility through third-party media, and elevating our presence at industry events and trade shows.
The role involves driving market growth, enhancing brand visibility, and securing high levels of customer engagement through strategic and effective marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will offer a blend of strategic vision, proven expertise in brand management, strategic marketing, and leadership abilities.
The DB Roberts Marketing Director will have two full-time subordinates: one Marketing Manager and one Marketing Specialist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy in line with DB Roberts' strategic goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other corporate department managers and share resources in digital, trade shows, as well as other business unit marketing managers to create and share best practices and best-in-class solutions.
Oversee all aspects of co-op/supplier marketing efforts, by team, optimizing partnerships with vendors to maximize market presence and ROI.
Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively convey our value proposition to a global audience, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and strategies for competitive differentiation.
Work closely with senior management to set marketing priorities, for the business unit, and efficiently allocate resources to achieve priorities.
Develop and mentor the DB Roberts marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
Uphold brand integrity across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer interactions.
Work with the Digital Marketing Team to drive the digital marketing strategy, leveraging our platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Oversee the DB Roberts marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and optimization of spend across initiatives.
Establish and track key performance metrics, utilizing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
