Director Of Marketing (Colorado Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and other channels.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, recruitment, and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
