The Director of Eldercare is a senior role which involves overseeing & executing all aspects of the eldercare recruitment team for OneStaff Medical. The Director of Eldercare is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and developing client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships. Presents self in a positive way while providing both leadership and motivating subordinates to advance the entire team.

Responsibilities & Duties

  •  Oversee all eldercare recruiting activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

  •  Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and the industry of the company.

  •  Develop a high-quality business strategy ensuring their alignment with short term and long-term objectives.

  •  Meet goals and metrics.

  •  Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective action that meets challenges and leverage growth activities.

  •  Effective communication skills both written and spoken.

  •  Encourage the team to gain a deep understanding of the clients' needs and develop tactics that will deliver results.

  •  Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light.

  •  Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships.

  •  Develop tactics that will deliver the most results.

  • Extensive knowledge of the job market and being up to date with the latest job trends to provide insight to the client.

  • Identify and reach key decision makers.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree

  •  Ability to manage sales expectations while managing a team

  •  Manage a staff of representatives

  •  Business to Business sales experience; cold calling a plus

  •  General business intelligence

  •  Knowledge of medical staffing terminology

  •  Excellent negotiation & persuasion skills

  •  Proficient in sealing the deal

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
