We are seeking a Director of Learning and Development to work in close collaboration with our business leaders and people team to create and implement engaging development programs that are tied to our business and talent strategy from a global perspective. You will deliver a leadership development framework that is focused on growing our leaders, in our high growth, entrepreneurial environment and maintain strategic training initiatives to be scaled across the organization. You will support talent development by creating innovative approaches around culture and development to retain and support our employees.

What You'll Do

  • Create innovative and effective learning solutions to better meet the needs of the business and identify learning gaps and opportunities

  • Leverage digital, mobile and social learning technologies, and look beyond the conventional to create impactful changes in the learning and development space

  • Take charge of pilots programs to test new concepts before launching full scale programs and manage large scale global projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Support and enhance Lime's approach to talent and performance management including creating and implementing performance engagement surveys

  • Design and deliver leadership programs and resources to meet leadership education needs of the business

  • Apply a data-driven approach to continuously improving Lime's learning and development offerings

  • Support our culture with innovative and proven strategies around onboarding and ongoing education

  • Work closely with key business leaders to understand OKRs (Objective and Key Results) and ensure training programs support and align with larger company goals

  • Design in-house scalable solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning & e-learning

  • Location: San Francisco, CA

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in a L&D Management role with a demonstrated track record in project management, implementing innovative approaches to talent development challenges

  • Start up experience preferred, and at a global company where you've developed strong leaders and built a high-performance culture

  • Experience creating performance engagement surveys

  • You can navigate and optimize learning solutions within a complex organizational structure

  • Adaptable to work with shifting priorities; and with enthusiasm

  • Track record of developing and leading training efforts with direct experience in program facilitation and instructional design

  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong preference for an advanced degree or certification in OD, Performance Management, Training, or L&D

  • Extensive experience influencing and gaining commitment from senior leadership and other key stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and leverage those insights into critical decisions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple, detailed tasks

The Learning & Development Systems (LMS) Analyst will support the Learning & Development team in the deployment and maintenance of our systems, with a special focus on Performance Management. What you'll do as a Learning & Development Systems Analyst Responsibilities * Serves as a technical subject matter expert and works closely with the Learning & Development team and the Director of Performance Management to select, deploy, and maintain systems. * Builds and generates internal custom reports based on the needs of the business * Optimizes configuration, upgrades, patching & troubleshooting * Maintains and administers user database * Builds effective metrics surrounding system usage and finds opportunities for improvement * Evaluates business requirements related to using and configuring the Performance Management application * Analyzes system errors and monitors system performance * Provides high touch internal customer service to our colleagues * Determines best approach for resolving issues and coordinates resolution process * Supports product release cycle; collaborates with team members to implement the installation of system updates, upgrades, integrated tools and other software integrated with the system. Qualifications What skills you will use: * 3-5+ years' experience in HR System administration * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or equivalent is highly desirable * Experience with learning and performance management systems * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and ever changing environment. * Ability to prioritize work and provide a high level of customer service (internal and external clients). * Strong analytical and computer skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Knowledge of Cornerstone and/or Halogen desirable Ability to: Work independently and adapt quickly within a team environment in identifying and resolving issues, concerns and problems; acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and systems that support the HR department, and technical operations; use troubleshooting and analytical skills; analyze, evaluate, and integrate business processes and procedures; work effectively with vendors, clients, users, and management; and develop recommendations and solutions.
