Oversees and directsteams that design, develop and maintain the systems that deliver solutions forcorporate function systems and technology systems supporting: HR, audit,t&e legal, accounting/finance, and procurement systems in order to achievestrategic and operational business goals and targeted financial and qualityresults. Responsible for process improvement and cost reduction for thecorporate systems. Executes operational plans that ensure all work is performedaccording to defined policies and procedures, quality and productivitystandards. Outcomes directed have a significant impact on the organization'sshort- and long-term results, specific customers and/or partners.
Directsand oversees the team that conduct the overall planning, design, developmentand run/maintain function of systems and technologies thatdeliver solutions for the client systems within the designated area ofresponsibility.

Sets financial, operational and quality objectives for theunit and develops master operational plans.
Plans, develops and manages departmental expense and capitalbudgets for Information & Technology.
Drives alignment to shared services and service managementstrategy.
Develops short- and long-range product and service strategiesand plans. Oversees the execution of operating plans for specified area ofresponsibility.
Performs as an idea generator, working with others as athought leader and subject- matter expert to help brainstorm new processes andsolutions. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise.Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of finance andsystems experience
Experience understanding financial systems, financialplanning and audit business processes/drivers and informational needs.
Experience working with business and technical leadership.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommendingand implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships withindividuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community &with vendors.
Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams. Experience interacting at the executive level.
Experience with Enterprise technology systems.
At least 5 years of experience planning, developing, andmanaging departmental expense and capital budgets.
At least 10 years of experience directly managing people,including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work
Willing to travel for business purposes.
