Job Description:

Oversees and directsteams that design, develop and maintain the systems that deliver solutions forcorporate function systems and technology systems supporting: HR, audit,t&e legal, accounting/finance, and procurement systems in order to achievestrategic and operational business goals and targeted financial and qualityresults. Responsible for process improvement and cost reduction for thecorporate systems. Executes operational plans that ensure all work is performedaccording to defined policies and procedures, quality and productivitystandards. Outcomes directed have a significant impact on the organization'sshort- and long-term results, specific customers and/or partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Directsand oversees the team that conduct the overall planning, design, developmentand run/maintain function of systems and technologies thatdeliver solutions for the client systems within the designated area ofresponsibility.

  • Develops and oversees the implementation of processes, andpolicies that have significant impact upon the organization.

  • Ensures that investments in technology are appropriate to thedevelopments in the industry and produce satisfactory returns. Works with

Enterprise Architecture to support changing business directions.

  • Provides input into the formulation of the strategies of theIT function and based upon prevailing conditions, executes and/or adjusts theapproved strategies of the areas of accountability. Outcomes directed andinfluenced have major impact on the organization's short- and long-termresults, critical customers or partners.

  • Sets financial, operational and quality objectives for theunit and develops master operational plans.

  • Plans, develops and manages departmental expense and capitalbudgets for Information & Technology.

  • Drives alignment to shared services and service managementstrategy.

  • Develops short- and long-range product and service strategiesand plans. Oversees the execution of operating plans for specified area ofresponsibility.

  • Performs as an idea generator, working with others as athought leader and subject- matter expert to help brainstorm new processes andsolutions. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise.Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Transfersknowledge and collaborates across functional lines and/or across departments.Interacts with direct reports and peers in management / customers / vendors tointerpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs.Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts.

ExternalBasic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of finance andsystems experience

  • Experience understanding financial systems, financialplanning and audit business processes/drivers and informational needs.

  • Experience working with business and technical leadership.

  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommendingand implementing strategies to resolve problems.

  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships withindividuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community &with vendors.

  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams. Experience interacting at the executive level.

  • Experience with Enterprise technology systems.

  • At least 5 years of experience planning, developing, andmanaging departmental expense and capital budgets.

  • At least 10 years of experience directly managing people,including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work

  • Willing to travel for business purposes.

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Clinical and Regulatory - Beverly, MA — Corporate Job Summary The Director of Home Programs provides oversight, training and support to American Renal facilities in the following areas: Establishing Practice Guidelines for Home Therapies; Management of Outcomes; oversight of the training of New Home Program Staff; Staff and Patient Education; Marketing and Growth strategies for home dialysis, and Developing Programs for ESRD and Pre-ESRD Patients (as requested). Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Complies with all American Renal Management (ARM) policies and procedures as well as federal, state, OSHA and other agency regulations applicable to the position. Ensures HIPAA compliance. * Applies knowledge and understanding of the ESRD Medicare Regulations. * Applies knowledge and understanding of State Regulations per the locations of American Renal home programs. * Implement federal and state regulations, as well as ARM clinical policies and procedures in new, acquired, managed and existing facilities in collaboration with facility staff. * Act as a resource and provide support and management to ARM corporate and home program staff. * Oversee and participate in training of new home program coordinators as needed and verifies that they meet the requirements for this modality. * Perform assessments of home programs to assess compliance with federal and state regulations as well as ARM policies and procedures. Communicate findings to Medical Director, Clinic Manager, and Home Coordinator. Implement action plans as required. * Collaborate with Regional VP of Operations, Clinical and Regulatory Managers, Chief Medical Officers, as well as other ARM staff, physicians and facility staff in the oversight of the home programs ensuring the best quality care for the home patients. * Management, review and monitoring home program outcomes monthly. * Maintaining and updating home program clinical policy, procedure, and training manuals. * Ensure that facilities are using supplies and medications prudently to avoid wastage. * Management of cost per treatment in the home programs to meet required goals. * Develops and implements marketing strategies to grow and expand the home programs across facilities. * Knowledge and understanding of applicable IT applications, including clinical data, Clinical Portal, as well as Spectra Laboratory Reports, vendor supported programs and QMS billing. * Maintain membership in appropriate National Organization to keep abreast of industry news and updates. * Collaborates with facility management and physician partners to market the home dialysis programs and provide support for growth of these programs. * Other tasks, duties and projects as assigned. Experience and Skills * Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing. Current RN license; BSN and CNN preferred * Minimum of 6 years of nursing experience with at least the least 4 years in providing nursing care in the home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis modalities. * Documented training on the equipment in use at American Renal home programs. * Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff, applying applicable knowledge and experience. * Must be highly organized and detail oriented. * Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. * Strong oral and written communication skills required. * Understands business implications of decisions. * Ability to exercise effective and independent judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations. This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel is expected as needed. Frequently, travel is outside the local area and overnight.
