The Director of Integrated Business Planning will provide high level strategic support to both the Planning and Supply Chain Analytics and Optimization functions. This role will require a strong technical background in Supply Chain concepts and demonstrated ability to exhibit leadership capabilities. As a change agent, you will understand and anticipate the needs of the business and challenge the status quo.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic leadership to the product planning organization to drive optimization of the raw material and finished goods inventory investment.
Manages the planning & demand fulfillment processes in support of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and in alignment with the business's objectives
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Distribution, Customer Service, and R&D to collaborate in the development of plans to efficiently and effectively meet customer demand
Provides leadership team with effective information to support decision-making that aligns the brands offering, demand, supply, and financial and strategic plans. Recommend changes to our SC network, customer order management, and Finished Goods & Raw Material inventory management to drive annual SC cost reductions, cost control, or improved performance.
Fosters Learning and Development of planning managers and associates. Drives capability & competency enhancement of planning organization through coaching & training to support decentralized decision making and process management efficiency
Identifies and implements appropriate tools to support the IBP process and ensures aggregate plans can be easily translated to executable detail plans. Fosters short term and long-term input from cross-functional teams to summarize business issues and opportunities
Manages the advanced Planning System application, performance, and associate competency
Evaluates & maintains Planning system tools, technology, processes, and associate capabilities and drives recommendation of investments in enhancements
Forms and leads cross-functional teams involving leadership from finance, sales and marketing, and supply to reconcile and resolve project supply/demand imbalances and resolution of any issues with fulfilling customer orders.
7 -- 10 years minimum with relatable experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning principles with demonstrated experience in identifying, understanding and applying industry best practices for Demand & Supply Planning.
Strong technical skillset with competency in Advanced Planning Systems, Network Modeling tools and Data Management tool sets.
Certifications/Licenses/Other: APICS Certification preferred
Experience required in establishing S&OP process and/or systems
Experience/knowledge in food environments
