Position Overview:

Our constantly evolving IT department is in search of a Director of Infrastructure Engineering with excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting results-oriented goals! We're looking for a candidate with considerable managerial experience who can recruit new talent, allocate both human and material resources efficiently, connect with our business partners and coordinate with other groups on time-sensitive projects!

Your Impact:

You will be an integral part of the IT Infrastructure Engineering Team and will be encouraged to:

• Develop teams of Engineers to think and execute proactively to ensure the stability and security of the platform

• Identify, Influence and Implement technology, process and skill changes to modernize our Infrastructure

• Collaborate with senior leadership to assure visible communication, risk reduction and accountability for the performance of the team

Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience of 10+ years

• 5+ years of professional experience managing as skilled team of Engineers

• Ability to drive accountability for team performance and continued improvement of execution

• Communicates well within the team to set clear goals and effectively relay the status and accomplishments to management

• Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate the team's growth in our future state technologies

• An eye for automating common processes

• AWS or other Cloud experience a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $199,000 - $299,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
