ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $105,450.15 - $179,194.52

We are looking for a HR Director, who can be both a hands-on advisor and strategist.
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role with executive leaders in establishing a modern workplace culture that fosters talent development, employee engagement, performance management and a productive and inclusive work environment. Your approach must be both strategic and tactical, ensuring that our HR activities are always aligned to business needs while creating a great employee experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to be hands-on and involved in the day-to-day activities providing HR expertise throughout the organization and has the confidence and initiative to enthusiastically drive toward results while engaging co-workers to accomplish outstanding outcomes. In this role, you will lead employee culture, wellness, health benefits and other employee services. The ability to balance the tactical as well as the strategic demands of leadership is a pre-requisite.
Responsibilities
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Strategic Human Resources & Talent Management
Own our organization design roadmap, hiring plan to support our ambitious goals and retention strategy
Manage internal and external resources (Recruiter, HR Generalist, Employee Relations consultant) for cost-effective growth
Plan employee engagement and recruiting events
Performance management
Employee Relations
Provide counsel and thought leadership to leaders, assisting them with employee relations, talent management, and team growth
Manage employee engagement through a combination of employee surveys and action planning
Compliance
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Compensation and Benefits management
Serve as the internal contact for benefits vendors for new additions, renewals, and employee enrollment
Recruiting
Oversee the process of posting open roles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the candidate experience
Manage our applicant tracking system (ICMS), training managers and reports as needed
Oversee external job posting sites (e.g. LinkedIn) and recruiting agencies
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of ten years of HR generalist or Business Partner experience; Healthcare experience preferred
Demonstrated experience and capability to counsel and collaborate with executives and leaders in the company
High level of discretion and experience dealing with sensitive topics such as compensation and performance
Strong management skills, both with internal teams and external consultants
Ability to plan and manage efficient HR operational processes, including onboarding, recruiting, open enrollment, etc.
Strong familiarity working with the Microsoft suite of products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated experience engaging with employees in a supportive manner; building trusted relationships based on mutual dignity, respect and teamwork
Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM certification and/or SPHR certification preferred
