The Human Resources Director aligns HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities span recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership
• Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, support change and engagement initiatives.
• Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage recruitment and onboarding; enhance retention and succession planning.
• Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns, promote a positive environment, and uphold company values.
• Performance Management
• Oversee appraisals and develop training programs.
• Compensation & Compliance
• Administer benefits, ensure competitive pay, and maintain legal compliance.
• Workplace Safety & Environmental Compliance
• Support safety standards, workers' comp, and environmental regulations.
• Front Desk Assistance
• Provide occasional support with visitors, calls, and general admin.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in HR or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred); 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
