The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a corporate culture centered on trust and transparency, leading conflict resolution, updating company policies, and promoting an organizational structure that aligns with our company goals.

This position requires a deep understanding of labor laws, compensation structures, benefits administration, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and talent retention programs. Responsibilities: 1. Promote a corporate culture centered on trust and transparency, fostering an environment where employees feel valued and respected. 2.

Lead or support the resolution of any conflicts or issues that arise within the company, ensuring timely and effective solutions. 3. Regularly review and update company handbooks, recommending new policies and practices to enhance employee morale, productivity, and overall performance. 4. Collaborate with department managers and executives to establish and maintain an organizational structure that aligns with company goals. 5.

Serve as a subject matter expert on labor laws, providing guidance and ensuring compliance throughout the organization. 6. Partner with the executive team to design and implement compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. 7. Develop the strategy for and oversee the administration of employee benefits. 8.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent. 9.

Provide guidance and training to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters. 10. Collaborate with Operations Business Partners to design and implement onboarding and engagement programs. 11.

Foster the professional development of the HR team and contribute to the development of HR professionals across the organization. 12. Align with the company's human capital leadership team to deploy strategic human capital initiatives. Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification preferred such as PHR or SPHR. 2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role. 3.

Extensive knowledge of labor laws, including the National Labor Relations Act, the California Agricultural Labor Relations Act, California Wage and Hour Law, and other labor laws. 4. Proven experience in conflict resolution and policy development. 5. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and employee benefits programs. 6.

Strong leadership and team management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 9.
